Einfach und schnell zuzubereiten, dieses Rezept ist wirklich eine Offenbarung in der glutenfreien Welt :)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 P\u00e4ckchen (ca. 7 g) Trockenhefe (oder auch Frischhefe)<\/p>\n<p>250g Mischung aus N\u00fcssen und Samen \u2013 ich f\u00fcge gerne Mandeln, Haseln\u00fcsse, Sesamsamen, Leinsamen, Sonnenblumenkerne usw. hinzu.<\/p>\n<p>500 g Mehl \u2013 wir verwenden die H\u00e4lfte Buchweizen- und die H\u00e4lfte Maismehl, es kann jedoch nach Belieben angepasst werden.<\/p>\n<p>800 ml lauwarmes Wasser (Zimmertemperatur)<\/p>\n<p>2 TL Flohsamenschalen (Floh)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2 TL Salz<\/p>\n<p>2 EL Apfelessig<\/p>\n<p>Schritt 1:<\/p>\n<p>Das Wasser mit der Hefe in einer Sch\u00fcssel verd\u00fcnnen. Salz und Essig untermischen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Flohsamenschalen dazugeben.<\/p>\n<p>Schritt 2:<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fcsse und Samen untermischen.<\/p>\n<p>Schritt 3:<\/p>\n<p>Das Mehl untermischen und gut vermischen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Schritt 4:<\/p>\n<p>Geben Sie den Teig in eine ge\u00f6lte und bemehlte Brotbackform oder verwenden Sie wachsfreies Backpapier.<\/p>\n<p>In den kalten Ofen stellen und die Hitze auf 175\u00b0C einstellen. Etwa eine Stunde backen, dann das Brot aus der Form nehmen und kopf\u00fcber etwa 15 Minuten weiterbacken. Abk\u00fchlen lassen.
